Emotion Regulation Group
Often our emotions rule our interactions with family members or co-workers. You may feel that you are easily angered, over-reactive or withdrawn. Sometimes your triggers don’t even make sense to you anymore and you feel out of control.
But the good news is that you can learn what causes your reactive behavior as well as specific skills to help you handle life calmly and purposefully. You truly can learn how to be in charge of your responses and finally be in control again!

- Decrease your emotional reactivity
- Remain centered in the midst of chaos
- Become aware of the emotions that shape your actions
