Find the path to wise-mind living

Strengthening your ability to handle distress without becoming overwhelmed by negative emotions through gaining skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a research-based treatment program.

Often our emotions rule our interactions with family members or co-workers. You may feel that you are easily angered, over-reactive or withdrawn. Sometimes your triggers don’t even make sense to you anymore and you feel out of control.

But the good news is that you can learn what causes your reactive behavior as well as specific skills to help you handle life calmly and purposefully. You truly can learn how to be in charge of your responses and finally be in control again!

Learn skills to:

  • Understand and practice mindfulness
  • Decrease your emotional reactivity
  • Remain centered in the midst of chaos
  • Become aware of the emotions that shape your actions
  • Keep your mind from racing on the same loop
  • Speak up for yourself while maintaining healthy relationships
  • Combine strategies of change and acceptance

Helpful for those dealing with:

  • Trauma
  • Self-Harm
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Eating Disorders
  • Boarderline Personality Disorder
  • Bi-Polar Disorder
